Mark A. La Mantia

Mark is, or has been, licensed to practice law in several states, including North Carolina, Illinois and Oregon (presently on inactive status). In addition to business development, planning and contracts/transactional representation, Mark has also been very active in litigation and dispute resolution and has represented clients in front of various federal and state courts throughout the country. He represented his clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings, in administrative proceedings and in matters involving government agencies and compliance or rights and benefits administration.
Mark is active in the community and donates his time and provides assistance and support to various groups and charities, including the Wake County Teen Court Program, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, the Boy Scouts of America and the Masonic Home for Children in Oxford, as well as causes and scholarships supported by the Triangle Italian American Heritage Association and Triangle Funds of Italy Lodge 2817, among others.
